Exclusive SightCare Giveaway
1. Promoter
This giveaway is hosted by OptiSocial (“the Promoter”) and is exclusive to attendees of the SightCare Conference. This promotion is not affiliated with or endorsed by the event organisers.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to attendees aged 18 or over with an active optical practice or business requiring social media management. Only one entry per business is permitted.
3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must sign up to the OptiSocial mailing list during the event period.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from OptiSocial. You can unsubscribe at any time.
4. Entry Period
Entries open on [start date] and close on [end date]. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be valid.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive 3 months of full social media management, delivered by OptiSocial, with a total value of £1,200.
The package includes:

Unlimited bespoke, practice-led social media posts

A full brand kit on onboarding (colours, fonts, logos)

Publishing across agreed social media channels
-
Monthly strategy calls to plan content

Dedicated account management with daily engagement
-
Monthly performance reports tracking growth and results
Exclusions & Conditions:

Paid advertising spend is not included
-
Content requiring external shoots, travel, or third-party costs may incur additional fees (to be agreed in advance)

The prize must be redeemed within 3 months of winner confirmation

The Promoter reserves the right to define reasonable usage limits in line with fair use (despite “unlimited” wording)
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random and contacted via email within [X days] of the closing date.
If no response is received within [X days], another winner may be selected.
7. Case Study Agreement (Key Condition of Prize)
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to:

Allow OptiSocial to use results from the 3-month management period as a case study

Permit the use of performance data (e.g. engagement, reach, growth metrics) across OptiSocial’s website, social media, and marketing materials
OptiSocial agrees that:

The business can remain anonymous if requested

No confidential or commercially sensitive information will be shared without approval
Failure to agree to this condition may result in forfeiture of the prize.
8. Data Protection & Marketing Consent
By entering, participants:

Consent to being added to the OptiSocial mailing list

Agree their data will be processed in line with UK GDPR

Can withdraw consent at any time via unsubscribe

9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary.
Entries that are incomplete, duplicated, or fraudulent will be disqualified.
10. Liability
OptiSocial accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from participation in this giveaway or use of the prize, except where required by law.
